Yesterday I booked a flight from Cape Town International airport to Lanseria airport at 1750 and then returning from Lanseria airport to Cape Town International airport at 14:00 hours however after I meet the payment online with my debit card for 4109 rands I didnt receive any confirmation of the flight the two flights nothing no confirmation email received.

Formal Complaint Regarding Incorrect Ticket Price and Request for Refund
Dear Bravofly Customer Service,
Booking reference: 314339****
Date of purchase: 11 april.
Passengers: 5 persons
Route: Budapest Gothenburg
I am writing to formally complain about a price discrepancy during the booking process.
When selecting the tickets for five passengers, the total displayed price was 3399 SEK. However, at the final payment stage, the amount suddenly changed to 4139,84 SEK without any clear explanation or confirmation of additional services.
This change occurred immediately before payment confirmation, and no optional services were knowingly added by us.

We did not consent to any price increase beyond the originally displayed total.
I kindly request:
A detailed explanation of the additional charges.
A refund of the difference (800 SEK), if no valid justification can be provided.
Please respond in writing within 14 days. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will consider initiating a formal dispute through my bank and contacting the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I look forward to your prompt reply.

Customer service is a joke. They keep canceling a change on my flight, claiming I am not answering phone calls.

But no one is ever calling. They don't even send flight tickets.

You have to go to the airline and get it from there. If you are lucky to speak with a human on the chat, they are not helpful at all, very slow to answer, and some of them log off mid-chat, and you have to start the conversation all over again with someone new.

The customer service is very bad I emailed how many time I need to change a flight ticket that I book in this travel agent no reply at all I call air nz regarding my booking but they said your travel agent hasn't been paid air nz for their flight all I wanted now I need to cancel my booking and I need my money back to my account my back is investigate this matter from your end!

Flight Reference: ZV6JTB.

Our flight on 17 October from Cape Town to Mauritius was rebooked because our previous flight was cancelled by the airlines.

I have reached out to your agents for 3 weeks to re-issue the ticket for the new flight.

The Air Mauritius Airlines are still waiting on you to re-issue the ticket.

Why the delay?

It has really been an emotional roller coaster as we have been looking forward to this trip for a whole year.

Please advise why the delay because there are earlier flights available.

Bravofly not responding

I booked a flight from Harare to Auckland with Bravofly, and there was an attack in Dubai. Flights were cancelled, so I need to rebook.

Bravofly is not responding to emails. There is a contact number which is not working. I'm stuck because Emirates can't help me.

They are saying to go back to Bravofly. I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. When our flight was cancelled, it was difficult to reach customer service and get proper assistance. The lack of clear communication and support made the situation very frustrating.

Dear Bravo Flyg,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our flight from Jakarta (CGK) to Lombok scheduled to depart at 13:30 on 6 March 2026 with Super Air Jet, flight number IU764.
When we arrived at the airport, we discovered that the flight had been cancelled. Prior to our arrival, we had received no notification or information from Bravo Flyg regarding this cancellation.
This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

We are travelling with small children, and discovering the cancellation only at the airport without prior communication has caused significant stress and serious practical difficulties for our family.
As the booking provider, we expected to be informed promptly about any changes or cancellations affecting our flight. The lack of communication in this case is highly concerning.
Furthermore, this situation will result in additional costs for us in the form of hotel accommodation, for which we also expect to receive compensation.
In light of this, we kindly request that you:
Explain why we were not informed in advance about the flight cancellation.
Rebook us on the next available flight to Lombok, preferably today and no later than tomorrow.
Upgrade our booking as a gesture of goodwill given the inconvenience caused.
Confirm what compensation we are entitled to, including reimbursement for any necessary additional expenses such as hotel accommodation.
We would appreciate a prompt response and immediate assistance so that this matter can be resolved without further delay.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized price change that occurred during my booking.

When I confirmed my flight, the total displayed price was 465 USD.

After I clicked Pay, the system suddenly reloaded and the final amount charged was 555 USD, without any prior notification, confirmation, or consent from my side.

This constitutes a misleading and unauthorized charge, as I never agreed to the higher fare.

Charging a customer a different amount than the one confirmed on screen at the time of purchase violates standard consumer protection rules.

I purchased the FullFlex service for additional security, but that does not justify an unapproved price increase.

Therefore, I am requesting one of the following actions to be taken immediately: 1.Correct the total to the originally displayed price of 465 USD, or 2.Issue a full refund to my payment method, as this transaction was completed under false price representation.

Vi missade vårt flyg och ringde Bravo Fly för att be om en lösning, men ingen svarade oss. Vi är 5 personer, och av dem är 3 barn i åldern 7, 4 och 2 år gamla.

Jag har ringt, men ingen svarar. Jag väntade tills klockan var 10, men ingen svarade heller, och deras virtuella assistans funkar inte heller. Ingen mänsklig person man kan prata med. Jag har betalat för min resa och får ingen hjälp alls från någon från flygbolaget.

Lufthansa säger på Arlanda flygplats att jag ska ringa, men jag ringde och ingen svarade mig. Jag fick ingen hjälp någonstans.
