I have been trying to get through to the customer service phone numbers of Bravofly and even Lastminute (tried all that I can find online, both Australian and UK numbers) and after a mind numbing number of navigating the options, the calls get cut off just after the privacy spiel. I have been trying now for almost 45 mins, have made a total of 18 attempts with the same result, I think I have tried every single option available to end up at the privacy spiel when I am cut off every *** time!
It is so frustrating to deal with such an unreliable and unprofessional company.
My flight has been cancelled, and the customer service to now get my refund is non existent.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We did explain our problem on your website and on their Facebook page, the transaction was cancelled from their side, and we got all our payment backThank you pissed consumer for your efforts
I have a problem, after booking, bravofly emailed me saying that the booking could not be confirmed, so they will send back the money 4507$, but in this action I lost 135$ the bank fees.
Then they told me to try again!! So what if I lost an other 135$ and more I still should wait for I don't know when to get back the money, so how could i retry if I do not have the money in my card anymore???
I don't understand why Bravofly took the money if they are not sure they can do the job. And I should pay 135$ for their incompetence.
The system (the airline company or Bravofly) should not take the money before being sure of the availability)
About the 24/7 phone numbers, it is not working too, I couldn't talk to anyone.
I am very disappointed with Bravofly's bad service.

So the 6 of November 2023 I payed to BRAVONEXTSA 3593 Swedish krona Skr, but did not get a ticket or anything. I payed through Pay Pal.
Pay Pal has been in contact with you at least twice and BRAVONEXTSA sais that you have sent a ticket or something to me after you got the money but the problem is that I have not get anything back from you/BRAVONEXTSA.
So I/ we are now Looking forward to see what we payed for!
Could you please send me a copy on what you have sent and of course where it has been sent to, the adress, mail etc..
I have now realised that it is really hard to reach BRAVONEXTSA without a booking Number wich we do not have!!!
So If we cant reach you and discus what happend I am recommended to go futher with a Polis contact that is what the swedish konsumentlawsays.
I am looking futher to see a copy of what You mean you have sent to me and of course where you have sent it! Kindest Regards

Hello,
We are a group of friends who were supposed to fly from Israel to Sofia between the dates 1-5/11/23. Going with Wizz airline and returning with ELAL.
Following the war that started, Wizz canceled the flight to Israel and issued advertisements that the passengers would receive the full amount they paid. The ELAL company has also published that it will reward passengers who wish to cancel their flights, even though ELAL did not cancel the flights. In light of the statement of the two airlines, we expected and still expect to receive vouchers in the same amount as the amount we paid. In practice, we received credits in small amounts only.
About 1/10 of the purchase amount. Why??
We even contacted and wrote in a chat to a representative from the company that corresponded with her and she promised to check with the airlines and get back to us. In practice, no one came back. We demand to receive the credit for the full amount we paid.
There is no reason not to, especially if we already know that the airlines have credited you with the full amount.

Greetings
We booked a WIZZ flight from Israel to Rome between February 19-23, 2024.
About two months ago we received an email stating that the flight was canceled and they offered us to take an alternative flight for an additional fee or cancel the flight. We chose the option of cancellation and refund.
About a week ago, we received an email from the BRAVOFLY company and were surprised to find out that we will not receive a refund, but instead receive a credit for future orders through BRAVOFLY.
I am really not interested in a credit and I would like to receive the full refund immediately to my bank account.
