I booked my flight Doha-Sarajevo on 15/04/2020 and Sarajevo-Doha on 25/04/2020 and my flight was canceled due Coronavirus. Flight company was Pegasus Airlines.

Bravofly sent me an email that my refund was approved and that they recieved a part of my refund money for my trip. The money was transferred to the same payment method I used when booking the flight. That bank account was closed in the meanwhile beacuse I have left Doha.

My question is can I by any chance recover that money on my other bank account and what is the procedure for that? Look forward to hearing from you

I need a receipt for my booking. Can you please send me one?

I have tried the "my booking" option, but i get the message that the payment has not been completed. However, the booking is paid in full and conformed.
